So we went shopping at the good ol' Whole Foods yesterday and one of the things we acquired was "Smart Bacon," a soy product that is meant to mimic The Guy's favorite breakfast food ever.

The result was...not pretty. Besides being impossible to separate into slices, it didn't cook up well. Its similarity in appearance to Fruit Leather was not altogether appetizing, either. I could hardly choke down a single bite, while That Boy consumed several slices just so he didn't hurt my feelings.







Overall, I'd give it a C-. Maybe.
